which is defined as a business model that recruits members via a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying investments or sale of products such as CROWD1. The schemes has left so many youths in poverty and making the few millionaire mostly from the countries of origin such as the Philippines . youths are still being recruited in those schemes in the name of redeeming what they have lost to the organizations and this is so sad and unbelievable for someone who is struggling and pushed to the wall to keep struggling even more. Why do governments tolerate such business types?
