Africa will only develop f the Africa Union has the powers to decide on behalf o the continent when it comes to foreign matters. The foreigners have really capitalized on individual countries to steal, rule and colonize the continent form the back door. After the formation of the African union there has been no much that can be seen or felt by Africans after the death of Muammar al-Gaddafi .The progress has majorly been handed by different interests per countries which has made it hard to agree on common issues. Does Africa need a unifying committee to unite the countries?
