It’s been more than one week since the Security Service of Ukraine in collaboration with the country’s naval forces attacked a key Russian shipyard in Sevastopol. Ukraine has focused a lot of attention on targeting Russia’s Black Sea Fleet. Of course, destroying any high-value Russian target is a sound strategy.
