Bootcamp Mentality

Being prepared against what you are getting into in the job market is good but sometimes it is not adequate, entry-level workers have some sense of what they’re going to be up against but their expectations does not match their eventual reality. In most companies, senior people don’t really want to do that much work. They do the important work of bringing in clients, but once the client is brought in, they push that work down to junior people and because most companies want to make large profits in most cases there aren’t enough lower-level workers. Do you think extreme working culture worth the big rewards?
