Prior learning for far too long being disregardful when its comes to jobs in the government sector, recognition and certification mostly in the African continent but in the contrary, since Africa is not a manufacturing continent, the “manufactured” products comes from those people who have no degrees, diplomas etc and most things that we consume are don e by them. How is prior learning assessed and certified?
