Russia and Ethiopia are working to further enhance their relationships in areas of culture, people-to-people relations, and religion, among others, Ambassador Evgeny Terekhin said today. Russia will start to teach Amharic in the coming September in Moscow schools, the ambassador disclosed, expressing his hope that this will also play a significant role in enhancing the ties between the countries. Ethiopian Heritages Authority Director-General, Abebaw Ayalew said the two countries are undertaking various activities with a view of strengthening cultural relations.
