The importance of societal culture and norms should never be undermined or ignored at any level of life i.e. could it be leadership, socialization etc. Freedom is Avery nice thing but when it is too much it leaders to moral decay. It is not surprising to hear that some parents have totally lost control over their children and they still call them my kids because of too much freedom and over-protection. Is the societal culture and norms being eroded slowly?
