New thinking is needed on workers’ rights and It was not automation or software that brought job losses. The automation in the office and robots on the factory floor might permanently destroy millions of jobs and that has been the thought in current times during the evolutionally technologies which performs better than the human beings , recession, a decline in consumer spending and companies going out of business due to the pandemic let to the loss of million of Jobs. Do you support that the employees who lost the jobs be compensated to help then pick up in life ?
