All the great 8 countries have nuclear weapons but they do not allow any other country which is called developing nation to try or even think of making those weapons. Nuclear proliferation and disarmament dialogue should be started and engage all nations and there be a freedom with limits of nuclear weapons production . Why do developed nations make nuclear weapons but cannot allow other nations to produce the same?
