As blockchain is a data structure any programming language can be utilised to make blockchain applications, so theoretically it could be programmed in a non-English based programming language. Programming languages in general have an English language bias with two thirds of programming languages utilising English vocabulary. There are numerous non-English based and international programming languages and even esoteric programming languages based around symbols. Is the blockchain language irrelevant?
