The drone attack comes just days after the Israeli military took out the Palestinian militant group’s leader, Yahya Sinwar, who orchestrated the Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel. The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said early Saturday that a drone was launched from Lebanon toward Netanyahu’s home in Caesarea. Netanyahu and his wife were not home at the time of the incident and no casualties were reported. The attack on Netanyahu’s home comes less than a week after a Hezbollah drone attacked an Israeli military base where four soldiers were killed. Is Iran trying to assassinate Netanyahu?
