Microsoft users are reporting issues across the company’s various services. Users have said they are having problems using Microsoft Outlook, the company’s email platform, as well as its AI chatbot, Copilot.Fewer issues affecting Copilot users were reported, but 30 people still said they were having problems with the tool. 63% of them said they were having problems with its website. Other Microsoft services, such as the Microsoft Store and Microsoft Azure, did not seem to have any widespread outages. Microsoft had not made a statement about the reported issues at the time of writing. Should Microsoft compensate its clients for the losses?
