Netanyahu Wanted US-Israel Strike On Iran Before October 27 Elections

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly pressed US President Donald Trump to support a joint strike on Iran before Israel’s October 27 elections, but Washington asked him to wait until it was ready for military action.Another source briefed on the matter said Israel had spent the past week lobbying the US to back, and potentially join, Israeli strikes on Iran. Trump and other senior US officials asked Israel to hold off, the source said, while indicating that Washington would agree to joint operations soon.Israel also agreed to Washington’s request to wait amid concerns over missile defence and the need for US support if Iran, and potentially Yemen’s Houthi rebels, launched missiles at Israel. Do you think that Israel without USA cannot sustain a war with Iran?
