Capital Cities depict the image of a country in the outside world which therefore means that for a country to show good picture of itself and self promote itself, it has to maintain high hygiene, infrastructure development and maintenance etc. If the elected leaders can’t make a city look like it then it should forcefully if not lawfully handed over to the national government. Should national governments take charge of metropolitan areas?
