The new anti-strike law would affect the health, rail, education, fire, border security and nuclear sectors. The ‘anti-strike’ laws are aimed at ensuring “minimum service levels” are met during industrial action, which means that unions and workers could be sued if they fail to maintain them. However, the laws are yet to be defined . Is this denying the workers freedom of speech ?
