Being your own boss is a substitute term for being independent and taking control over your life, as long as we are on this earth then we have our own lives. Being your own boss should aim at making yourself financially independent not becoming the CEO of your life with nothing to show. Several companies which try to empower the community such as the Safaricom which is a telecommunication company has been trying to persuade people to being their own bosses.
