Microsoft has started testing an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered chatbot for Xbox support. This new chatbot will allow Xbox Insiders in the US to test the new feature. The tech giant reportedly started developing this chatbot earlier this year that will be able to answer questions and provide assistance with Xbox console and game support problems. It will use AI to understand user queries and offer relevant solutions.
Microsoft confirms that Xbox Insiders located in the US and with English selected as their preferred language can begin previewing the Support Virtual Agent by visiting the “Contact us” page in support.xbox.com after signing into an account that is registered with the Xbox Insider Program.
