The issue of financial resources mismanagement in countries full of corruption is not new. There have been allegations that billions of grants given to corrupt countries were misused and take up by corrupt top government officials or families at the expense of the common citizen which they were supposed to assist in during the corona virus pandemic as the economies went on recession.
