In the united states, Donald Trump is still the president of the united states of America despite the fact that Joe Biden won this year election until January 20,2020. The corona virus vaccine which is claimed to be 90% effective was announced after the Joe Biden win and from my observation , it is like the vaccine was there and it was only waiting for the perfect moment for it to be amounted. What can you deduce from that considering it was trump who is still the president of US?
