SpaceX is targeting a second straight early morning Starlink mission from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. NASA, SpaceX and Axiom Space had initially planned to launch the Ax-4 crewed mission during this Sunday time frame from adjacent Kennedy Space Center, but crews continue to analyze recent repair work on the International Space Station.
