The world standards day is celebrated every year on October 14. Most countries adopt the standards developed by International Organization for Standardization in collaboration with other organizations such as IEEE but that does not no men that each country do not have their own standards or cannot develop their own . Adoption of the international standards is for the sake of trading internationally. DO you feel like it is time for Africa as a continent of have its own standards like the European Union for the sake of enhancing free trade agreement in the continent?
