It also takes a heavy investing in a society that is resilient to cybercrime and fake news. Who is able to use digitization for much-needed innovation in healthcare, agriculture and energy supply.  The corona crisis has many unexpected consequences for example Global supply chains were disrupted and the mass working from home, home schooling and remote shopping etc. and this made countries realize how dependent they are on digital technology.
