Well defined as system used to receive, track, manage and store documents and reduce paper. Most are capable of keeping a record of the various versions created and modified by different users . The System is like assimilation of the real management records storage and retrieval system which has been in existence for so long but now it is ha been automated. The full automation of documents has not been achieved because physical records have always been a better backup incase of any anomaly happing.
