Now, Facebook is testing a prompt asks users whether they are “concerned that someone you know is becoming an extremist”. “We are partnering with NGOs and academic experts in this space and hope to have more to share in the future.” Facebook shared the same statement with The Independent but attributed it to an unnamed “Facebook company spokesperson”.
