Successful states have guided by good policies and the constitution with the interests of everyone in the heats of the country leaders. Having a failed state starts when there county leaders are being controlled from outside and they bow to pressure and it is not hard to make a country a failed state. Have you ever asked yourself a question as to why the states that are labeled failed are ones which heavily depent on foreign aid and corruption is the order of the day with greedy leaders?
