Restaurants that can no longer serve most diners during the pandemic have turned to partnerships with food delivery apps. But in many cases, these apps charge the restaurants roughly 30% of every transaction . These fees are huge when put in the current situation of hard economic times we are in .It is understandable that the restaurant wants to be open and the delivery apps are also in business. However, all these fees are transferred to the final consumer. Is there need to regulate the practice until the pandemic is over ?
