The debates about human rights has been there and frequently and the rights are supposed to be applied fairly to all people. The debate about gay rights nowadays has become legitimate and in some countries like the United States of America the right to be a gay is given and it about you and your freedom. Apart from the rights there is a societal morality, culture and believes which need to be kept. Do you think that rights should override the societal believes or norms?
