The European Court of Justice, Europe’s top court, has upheld a €2.4 billion ($2.7 billion) fine against Google despite multiple appeals. Today, Google appealed the decision for the fine with the EU’s second-highest court, the General Court, which concluded the fine would be upheld. The company then took the case before the European Court of Justice, which dismissed the appeal and again upheld the fine. Those changes meant that Google, like its competitors, was required to bid for ad slots in shopping search results. DO you think that the Tech companies are ready to pay fines and do “illegal” business ?
