Google is putting Gemini inside Chrome for Android users in India

Google is making Chrome a little easier to use by introducing Gemini’s auto-browse feature in India. The AI assistant can now do more than just answer questions or summarise a webpage. It can actually navigate websites and handle multi-step tasks for you. The feature is now available on Chrome for desktop and Android in India, but there is a catch. Auto browse is limited to Google AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers. At the same time, Gemini in Chrome itself is now available to all Android users in India, following its desktop launch earlier this year.Apart from auto browse, Google is also bringing the broader Gemini in Chrome experience to all Android users in India. This means users can ask Gemini questions about the webpage they are viewing, summarise long articles and connect with apps such as Google Calendar and Keep without constantly switching between tabs. Is Gemini really helpful when it comes to browsing ?
