Health is a basic need but without other basic needs being met then it in someway becomes pointless because for people yo survival the very basic needs need to be met because they complement each other. Now as we speak the Corona virus has caused both a health and economic crisis across the globe and for people to survive they need to eat, pay hose rent, have electricity etc. should governments open up the economies and enforce corona virus containment measures apart from lockdown and opening public places?
