Owning a house or having a shelter is a basic need that any human being should be entitled to and the governments should ensure people have a place they call home. Paying rent has become somehow expensive for the majority of the citizens in the developing world and people opt to sleep outside but having something to put in the stomach. The issue of building affordable houses for the citizens by the governments which someone can be paying for a certain period of time and finally owning that as a home has never born fruits much. Do you think the corruption and control by industry agents has suppressed this efforts greatly ?
