Human rights are the fundamentals that need to be protected by the state but sometimes they can be overridden by the issues that touch national security. Most legislative powers which are aimed in ensuring national security are not necessarily human rights issues therefore not subjected to human rights commissions .Is Covid-19 an issue that can affects human rights protection as it is witnessed in some countries ?
