It is completely opposite of what everyone expects of the government in employment creation. Instead of the government creating employment to thousands of youths who are unemployed and others getting into the market, they are seriously laying off the already employed together with the private sector. Government cannot create employment for everyone but it can create an enabling environment to the private sector to employ its citizens, What incentives can the government given to the private sector to create more Jobs for the youths?
