Mental Disorder which is a syndrome characterised by clinically significant disturbance in an individual’s cognition, emotion regulation, or behavior that reflects a dysfunction in the psychological, biological, or developmental processes underlying mental functioning which are normally with significant distress or disability in social, occupational, or other important activities. There has been  a mental health epidemic in young people, and greatly escalating self-reported mental health problems in youth and young adults, a trend that seems to have begun a decade or two ago. Why is mental disorders increasing ?
