Iran IRGC warns US Israel war could spread beyond Middle East

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards on Wednesday warned that any renewed military action by the United States or Israel against the Islamic republic could ignite a conflict extending far beyond the Middle East. In a statement published on its official Sepah News website, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said fresh attacks on Iran would trigger a broader regional war and provoke a stronger military response from Tehran.The conflict, which began on February 28 and lasted nearly 40 days before the ceasefire, resulted in the deaths of several senior Iranian officials, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to the report.
