Russian forces have advanced 1 kilometer (about 0.6 miles) into the northeastern Kharkiv region of Ukriaine near Vovchansk. A Russian missile strike has destroyed a number of homes in the northern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. Russia also reported that a Ukrainian drone attack caused a fire at an oil refinery in the Kaluga region. Has Ukraine lost ground on the battle field ?
