Being called the leaders of tomorrow is more of a fantasy than a reality, generations come and go but still being called the leaders of tomorrow. the questions has always been that when is tomorrow. Most governments are lead by old men and women and very few youths and yet youths are supposed to induced into leadership by being given small leadership roles. The leadership transition has become like a family thing in developing because it is very hard to just raise and lead.How true is it that we can lead without being given that chance?
