The sovereignty of a nation is protected by its systems of governance and rule.In developing nations some of the military officers are being paid by the united nations to do their work which means that those countries are unable to pay their own personnel, if your military is being sponsored by united nations or the developed countries, do you really call yourself fully independent ?
