A US federal jury has dismissed Elon Musk’s lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO, Sam Altman, but according to an analysis published by The Conversation, the verdict leaves the central question of the case unresolved.Instead, the jury concluded only that Musk had waited too long to file the lawsuit over alleged breaches tied to OpenAI’s founding agreement and charitable obligations.
