It takes a strong judicial system and the leadership to a null a presidential election, Kenya is the most recent country to have nullied a presidential election which have had a great impact on the economy. However, It is never easy for the judiciary to deliver if in any case the “illegitimate president” wins again. Who is to protect the judiciary from the executive after such a bold move?
