The leadership positions has been taken captive by the old generation people i.e. our grandparents and grandmothers who have mastered the earth of retaining the leadership positions for the old and giving the less influential sets to the youths or young generations. When power gets into your head it can corrupt you absolutely right from the United States of America, Joe Biden if 77 years Old and he has vied for the presidential seat which he has won, back in Africa the current president of Uganda is 75 years Old and still wants to vie for the next term .Let us allow our elders with wisdom to lead us, what about the youths?
