The welfare of nay public servant contribute greatly on the performance and the devotion to doin g the work .Police officers live in dilapidated houses with a poor pay yet they risk their lives daily to make sure we can sleep soundly, safe. I have never seen people shout about their poor pay or how they risk their lives for us and same to other public servants efforts. In corrupt countries, Police take bribes just because their welfare is often overlooked. Do you think that some police act unprofessional because there is no decency in their lives?
