Both private and public schools need to give the opportunity to seek all types of knowledge to their students while presenting all topics with neutrality and encouraging students to question ideas. Religion has no place in schools let alone state schools and religious schools should be banned, they offer a bastardisation of what should be considered education. Religion in education should be restricted to a more academic setting, to older students as part of a comparative course on religion and philosophy; teaching religion to younger students who lack critical thinking skills constitutes brainwashing. Do you think that religion is what we=ill help in shaping our societal morals and therefore it is necessary ?
