Some countries have started reopening of schools which were closed due to the corona virus in phases, Countries like Nigeria are reopening schools before the end of September,2020 and other countries are likely to follow. It does not make sense when politician holds political rallies without the supporters observing the world held organizations guidelines or government directives and the economy is still closed as people continue to suffer. Should the economies reopen?
