Russian, Belarusian presidents not invited to to A-bomb memorial ceremony in Hiroshima

The city of Nagasaki, the second city attacked with an atomic bomb by the U.S., has already announced that the Russian and Belarusian ambassadors will not be invited to its memorial ceremony on Aug. 9. The city of Hiroshima will not invite Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko to the annual memorial ceremony to commemorate the 1945 atomic bombing, the municipal government announced on June 5. This is the same move taken by the atomic bombed city in 2022 in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Who should not be invited between United States and Russia ?
