People used to believe in hard work pays but nowadays you can work hard and earn nothing in return because of what the economy has been made to be, It is about smart work i.e. have plans, be organized, measure progress, be committed etc. For manual laborers without working hard you may fell into a river.Is working smart a compliment to working hard or the vice versa?
