Elon Musk rang the opening bell on the New York Stock Exchange via videolink on Friday as SpaceX made its historic debut on Wall Street. Musk was at SpaceX Starbase, the company’s rocket launch site on the Texas coast, while a team of his executives were in New York for the IPO.Musk said the company aimed to take the fiction out of science fiction and wanted to make space travel available to everyone.“It’s certainly hard to believe that this little company that started in a warehouse in El Segundo is now going public with the largest IPO ever,” Musk said.
