The engineering profession has three main cadres i.e. Engineers for those who have done BSC and BENG courses in engineering , Engineering Technologists for those who have done technical courses but at a degree or higher diploma levels in most countries and then the engineering technician for those who have done Diploma levels, crafts and certificate levels. In any engineering work all the professionals have to be there for the job to be complete and done well. what is wrong with some countries who only recognizes Engineers as professionals ?
