The possible closure of the Strait of Hormuz,

Iran is seriously reviewing the closure of the Strait of Hormuz,Connecting the Persian Gulf to the Arabian Sea, the Strait of Hormuz is the world’s most significant gateway for oil shipping, accounting for nearly one-fifth of global oil shipments, or around 20 million barrels of oil and oil products per day.It is not the first time that Tehran has threatened to close the Strait in retaliation to Western pressure, though the last time the Strait was effectively closed was during the Iran-Iraq Tanker War in 1984.The strait is also considered to be crucial for Iranian oil exports and insiders warn that Tehran would likely be reluctant to cut off its main source of income.Fears of a potential closure have already spooked global energy markets. Disruption to the Strait would cause a spike in oil prices and intensify global inflationary pressures. Do you thibk that Iran will opt for that if the war continues ?
