For the third world countries to develop, there is need to have priorities on Problems that they need to overcome: Education, food, water, housing, power, telecom, infrastructure, unbiased laws & rules, safety, security & stability, risk positive & supportive society and society. Why do they focus so much on politics and suppressing of anyone who seems to be a threat to any leadership positions, is there external controls on the systems of governance ?
